2. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified in writing.
By subscribing, you authorize Settled (or its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on file each billing cycle.
First-month promotional discounts (if offered) apply only to new customers and will revert to standard rates after the first billing period.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time by providing written notice via email or through your account portal.
Due to the nature of our Services (outreach and marketing expenses incurred on your behalf), payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
4. Exclusivity
Settled offers marketing exclusivity within specific industries and geographic areas. Exclusivity means only one business per category per designated territory will be featured in outreach.
Categories and territories are determined solely by Settled.
Settled reserves the right to define or adjust service categories and territory boundaries as needed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By subscribing to our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date business information for outreach purposes.
Maintain any licenses, permits, or regulatory compliance required in your industry.
Not misuse the Services for spam, illegal marketing, or fraudulent activity.
6. No Guarantees
While Settled uses proven marketing strategies to maximize exposure, we make no guarantees of lead volume, customer responses, or sales. Results may vary by industry, territory, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Settled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Settled’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Settled during the three (3) months prior to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials created by Settled remain the property of Settled and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
9. Governing Law
